Lessons from the Wilderness

I spent 27 of 40 days in the Joyce Kilmer-Slickrock Wilderness in Western North Carolina. Although my brain is wired like a biologist, sometimes I just can’t resist the urge to anthropomorphize. Here are some of the lessons I learned during those 27 days:
