Aaron Sanford

Aaron was a Crew Leader during SAWS inaugural field season in 2011 and went on to work as the Field Supervisor during the following two years. Aaron’s passion for Wilderness was fueled by the challenge of living and working for extended periods in the backcountries of the West and the Southern Appalachians, which in turn inspired his love for wilderness ideals and ethics.
