Red Beans and Rice

Servings: 6 person crew


  • 3 1/2 cups red beans* (we used a partially dried bean mix)

  • 2 cups rice

  • 1/4 cup dried veggie mix

  • 2 bouillon cubes

  • 1 head garlic

  • 1 onion

  • 2 jalapenos

*Measurements are using dehydrated beans. 1 cup dehydrated beans = 1 can beans.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring water, dried veggie mix, and bouillon to a boil.

  2. Add rice and beans. 

  3. Add onion and garlic. 

  4. Cook until done and serve.
