Servings: 6 person crew


  • 1 1/2 box whole wheat elbow macaroni

  • 1/2 bag Bob's red mill TVP (about 1 cup)

  • 1 onion

  • 3 jalapeno peppers (seeds removed to the desired spiciness)

  • 1/2 head garlic

  • 2 cans pizza sauce

  • 2 packets dried marinara seasoning

  • 2 fresh tomatoes

  • Pepperoni stick

  • Mozzarella cheese for topping

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • Dried or fresh mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil pasta adding veggies as they're chopped.

  2. When pasta is just about done, add TVP, sauce, then pepperoni stick. 

  3. Serve and add cheese.
