Ingredients

1 1/2 box whole wheat elbow macaroni

1/2 bag Bob's red mill TVP (about 1 cup)

1 onion
-
3 jalapeno peppers (seeds removed to the desired spiciness)

1/2 head garlic
-
2 cans pizza sauce
-
2 packets dried marinara seasoning
-
2 fresh tomatoes
-
Pepperoni stick
-
Mozzarella cheese for topping
Optional Ingredients

1 green bell pepper
-
Dried or fresh mushrooms
Cooking Instructions

Boil pasta adding veggies as they're chopped.

When pasta is just about done, add TVP, sauce, then pepperoni stick.

Serve and add cheese.
