Broccoli Casserole

Servings: 6 person crew

Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli

  • 3 carrots

  • 1 onion

  • 1/2 cup dried or fresh mushrooms

  • 1 packet onion soup mix

  • 1 bouillon cube

  • 1 head garlic

  • 2 cups white beans*

  • 1 1/2 cups rice

  • 8 oz. package cream cheese

  • Lots of cheddar cheese for topping

*Measurements are using dehydrated beans. 1 cup dehydrated beans = 1 can beans.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook rice, beans, soup mix, bouillon and dried mushrooms.

  2. Cut up and add veggies (I recommend in this order) carrots, broccoli, garlic, then onion.

  3. When veggies are done, mix in cream cheese.

  4. Serve then add cheddar cheese on top.
